Viewed through binoculars. Domed delta hovered, then shot up at 45 degree angle when two planes approach, apparently searching for it.
A hovering object was observed. One delta-shaped object was observed by two witnesses in a residential area for 20 minutes. Hynek rating: NL: Nocturnal Lights Vallee rating: MA1: A UFO has been observed which travels in a discontinuous trajectory. i.e. vertical drops, maneuvers or loops.
