Police incident.
Several separate groups of observers, including police. Huge, very luminous disc flies to the northeast over rooftops. A flying disc was observed. Multiple independent witnesses. One luminous disc, of huge size, was observed by a male witness (as reported to the police) in a city for two minutes.
