Electromagnetic effect: truck dies. Creature with bat wings on road. When it flies away truck will restart.
Objects were observed. Electromagnetic effects were noted. An unidentified object at close range and its occupants were observed by one teenage witness on a highway for two minutes. One mothman was seen.
