Erratic motion.5m. gray disc with 40cm thick base, dome 3m high. Half of dome illuminated, minutes. distance 30m. Oscillated slightly, 10 equal spaced windows, yelgreen/red.
An unusual object was sighted, that had unconventional appearance and aerobatic performance. One gray domed disc, about 20 feet across, was observed in partly cloudy weather by 11 male witnesses, including one child, in a residential area for 30 seconds (Boulu; Breton; Delaire; Grumiaux; Labenne; Lamy; Meni; Raczynski; Vanderclausen). A siren-like sound was heard. Hynek rating: CE1: Close Encounters of the First Kind Vallee rating: MA1: A UFO has been observed which travels in a discontinuous trajectory. i.e. vertical drops, maneuvers or loops. Vallee reliability rating: 344: Reliable source, firsthand; site visit by a skilled analyst; no natural explanation possible, given the evidence.
