Long cigar with two tail fins, red lights at front and aft, white lights on top of each of two fins.
A cigar-shaped object was observed. One multi-colored cigar-shaped object, about 300 feet across, was observed by 16 male witnesses on a road for 30 minutes (Dineur; Eben; Montpellier). No sound was heard.
