Four very bright nocturnal lights bob back and forth at low altitude, illuminate trees. Silent.
Unusual objects were sighted, that had unconventional appearance and performance. Four lights were observed by two witnesses in a residential area for over three minutes. No sound was heard. Hynek rating: NL: Nocturnal Lights Vallee rating: MA1: A UFO has been observed which travels in a discontinuous trajectory. i.e. vertical drops, maneuvers or loops.
