Low whistle heard. Dark 1m wide object wavers under power lines, close to ground. Went to the north.
An object was sighted that had an appearance and performance beyond the capability of known earthly aircraft. One dark object, about 5 feet across, was observed at an electric plant for two minutes. A whistling sound was heard. Hynek rating: CE1: Close Encounters of the First Kind Vallee rating: CE1: UFO comes within 500 feet of the witness, but no after effects are suffered by the witness or the surrounding area.
