Fisherman incident.
Nautical UFO. Small silent red ball of light rises from creek, hovers, went to the northeast . An object was observed. It departed by rapidly flying straight up until lost to sight. One red ball was observed by one witness on a river for over four minutes. No sound was heard. Hynek rating: CE1: Close Encounters of the First Kind Vallee rating: CE1: UFO comes within 500 feet of the witness, but no after effects are suffered by the witness or the surrounding area.
