Flying "life-raft" buzzes military radio towers. Had headlights, flew at low altitude.3 policemen shine spotlight on 30 feet long, gray UFO at 6 a.m. near police station.
A hovering object was observed. One gray oval object, about 40 feet across, was observed by three experienced witnesses (as reported to the police) at an electric plant for 300 minutes (Hickman). Hynek rating: NL: Nocturnal Lights Vallee rating: MA1: A UFO has been observed which travels in a discontinuous trajectory. i.e. vertical drops, maneuvers or loops.
