Silver sphere. Many lights in the middle. Not revolving. Spotlight down, shoots straight up.
An object was observed. It departed by rapidly flying straight up until lost to sight. Animal reactions to the object were reported. One silver sphere, twice the size of the moon, was observed in clear weather by one female 29-year-old witness at an electric plant for ten minutes. Hynek rating: CE1: Close Encounters of the First Kind Vallee rating: CE1: UFO comes within 500 feet of the witness, but no after effects are suffered by the witness or the surrounding area.
