Two telephone techs, two college students, and two dozen other motorists spot gray, oval, 16' diameter UFO maneuver. two photos taken. Seen near electrical substation, sped away rapidly to the southeast.
An object was observed and photographed. One gray oval object, about 20 feet across, was observed by 24 witnesses at an electric plant for over three minutes (Aceitano). No sound was heard.
