In mid-August 1999 : Chindera, Nr Tweed Heads, New South Wales, Australia 
Two lights moved across sky very fast, then stopped. one descended and one witness had teeth vibrate 3x in blasts of three seconds, heard voice in head "Don't worry we will be there soon." Up shot upwards.
Objects were observed. They departed by rapidly flying straight up until lost to sight. Telepathic phenomena were said to have occurred. Two triangles were observed by two experienced witnesses at a trailer park (Tweed). No sound was heard. Hynek rating: CE1: Close Encounters of the First Kind Vallee rating: CE1: UFO comes within 500 feet of the witness, but no after effects are suffered by the witness or the surrounding area.
