Silent brilliant saucer with wires around edge. Made four turns, then shot away extremely fast. and 2 ind. witnesses.
An object was observed. Physiological effects were noted. Multiple independent witnesses. One disc was observed by several witnesses in a residential area for two minutes. No sound was heard.
