Navy Astronomer incident. Explanation: Meteor.
800 feet meteor, 40 miles altitude, traveling at 63,000mph. Navy astronomer thinks it was "artificial." A meteor-like object was observed. One object, about 1000 feet across, was observed by several male military witnesses at a military facility briefly (Hutchings).
