Mohawk Airlines DC-3 incident.
DC-3 at 3000', overcast at 4000', visibility good. UFO above at 3500 feet light gray ellipsoid with center line, 150 feet long, over 4 windows emitting bright blue-green light, not rotating. distance 500 feet Speed 4500mph An object was tracked by radar and sighted visually. One gray elliptical was observed in overcast weather by two experienced male witnesses in-flight for 30 minutes. Hynek rating: RV: Radar-Visual UFO reports Vallee rating: MA2: MA1 plus any physical effects caused by the UFO. Vallee reliability rating: 433: Firsthand personal interview with the witness by a source of proven reliability; site visit by a reliable investigator with some experience; natural explanation requires major alteration of several parameters.
