Police incident.
6m diameter UFO hovers .5m above ground near police station. three 80cm humanoids seen around object. Departs to the west. Close encounter with a an unidentified craft and its occupants. One object, about 20 feet across, was observed by several witnesses (as reported to the police) in a city for over one minute. No sound was heard. Three 2.6-foot-tall dwarves were seen.
