9 March 1996 Evening Aguas Buenas, Puerto Rico, USA 
An unidentifiable object and its occupants were observed at close range.
A young man, Ovidio Mendez, while burying a dead and mutilated chicken spotted a strange creature nearby. It walked on two feet and was gray in color, with two large red slanted eyes, long pointy fangs, and claw like hands. He then called the police.
