Blue beam. Small humanoid 1m tall emerged from dome-shaped craft 50m away. Floated up-and-down, from belt blue beam of light. Seemed robotic, resembled "power ranger."
An object emitting a blue beam was observed. Gravity effects were noted. One red-orange domed disc, around 100 feet away, was observed by a group of female witnesses in a yard (Cuevas, I).
