21 October 2000 Around 2300 Sydney, New South Wales, Australia 
Orange-red star like object to NNW, watched 1-2 minutes from inside car, object hovered, dimmed, brightened very quickly as if pulsing. 45 degrees elevation, size of pea arm's length, watched and 3 minutes home.
A hovering object was observed. One red-orange light was observed by two witnesses for five minutes (Steve). Hynek rating: NL: Nocturnal Lights Vallee rating: FB1: A simple sighting of a UFO traveling in a straight line across the sky. Other sightings in this area Sources: - 504 |
