26 May 2000 Night Tocopilla, Chile 
Close encounter with a an unidentified craft and its occupants. An unidentifiable object and its occupants were observed at close range.
Local residents heard strange howling and screeching noises in the area, at the same time that several domesticated rabbits were found dead and completely bloodless. Another resident in Magallanes street saw a strange humanoid, with large bright yellowish eyes, that seemed to have a kind of hypnotic affect on him.
