Everything froze on street. Above was object with white, blue, red lights spinning underneath it. Door opened, tall being with long skinny arms, skinny body, large head. Door quickly shut, object shot away.
An object was observed. Occupants of the craft were seen. One multi-colored object was observed. One tall thin being was seen.
