7 May 1999 Night USA 
Brother and sister see UFO hovering over their house. Either inside craft or hovering alongside it was 3' tall dwarf humanoid, had huge eyes, no mouth or nose visible. It (not UFO) seemed to evaporate.
An object was observed. Occupants of the craft were seen. One object was observed by two witnesses, including one child, in a yard for a few seconds (Bruhill, J). One 3-foot-tall apparition was seen.
