15m long cylinder hovered above boat storage garage. Shone beam of light toward ground. Short figure appeared, 600m away. It moved back-forth within lighted area, then floated back up. UFO bright, disappeared rapidly.
An object was observed. It departed by rapidly flying straight up until lost to sight. One cylinder, about 80 feet across, was observed by two experienced male witnesses (Trajano). One dwarf was seen. Two men, Jose Trajano and Milton Leite were preparing their boat in order to go fishing and were exiting the boat storage garage area when they spotted a huge cylinder-shaped object, hovering just above them. The object was 15 meters in length and was reddish in color. The craft then shone a beam of white light towards the ground and a short figure suddenly appeared within the light on the ground. The witnesses watched from about 600 meters away as the short figure moved back and forth within the lighted area then float back up into the object and disappear. At this point the object became brighter and rose up quickly disappearing from sight.
