28 November 1995 Night Vega Baja, Puerto Rico, USA 
An unidentifiable object and its occupants were observed at close range (Medina Montes, J). One winged being was seen.
Jesus Medina Montes reported that he found half of his herd of steers with several bizarre wounds on their backs. Some of the cows had a viscous slime around their necks. Later that night Irene Mercado and her 9-year old niece reported seeing a creature shaped like a bird that fluttered away while making a loud noise with its mouth.
