Luminous 40 feet disc shaped craft with row of dark windows around center rim, hovered near radio tower. Electromagnetic effect on station power. two children encounter 4' tall being with spiny crest on back in park, red eyes
Close encounter with a an unidentified craft and its occupants. One disc, about 40 feet across, was observed. One 4-foot-tall creature-like being was seen.
