Landed object, 7' tall figure emerged, wore a black uniform type outfit. Witness also heard disembodied voices speak from the sky.
Close encounter with a an unidentified craft and its occupants. One object was observed. One 7-foot-tall tall being, wearing black clothing, was seen.
