Metallic top-shaped object with transparent section hovered over road. Inside saw 25 apparently naked humanoids, 4' tall with round heads.
An object was observed. Occupants of the craft were seen. One metallic top-shaped object, about 10 feet across, was observed on a road for two minutes. 25 4-foot-tall round-headed beings, each wearing naked, were seen.
