In January 1999 Night Punta Hidalgo, Atlantic 
Semi-spherical object approached shore. Couple watched craft land, several tall beings, human looking, emerged. Walked around for awhile.
Close encounter with a an unidentified craft and its occupants. One dome-shaped object was observed by two witnesses, a married couple, on the shore. A tall being was seen.
