Soldier on patrol saw laser like point of light directed at armored vehicle. His vehicle headlights revealed 2m tall being, wore dark outfit. Tried to shoot but gun wouldn't fire, red beam, paralysis.
Humanoid being seen. An unidentified object at close range and its occupants were observed by one experienced male military witness at a military facility (Mucignat, C). One tall being, wearing a dark coverall, was seen.
