USAF RB-57 incident. Explanation: Balloon.
70 feet diameter disc flew at speeds in excess of 800mph, 36,000 feet altitude. Buzzed USAF RB-57. Balloon-like object observed. One disc, about 80 feet across, was observed by two experienced male military witnesses for five minutes.
