CAA Flight Engineer incident.
Silent metallic cigar shaped object maneuvers. Ascends to 17,000 feet and stops, hovers there for 10 seconds. A cigar-shaped object was observed. One metallic cigar-shaped object was observed by a male witness in a city for ten minutes. No sound was heard. Hynek rating: NO: Nocturnal Objects Vallee rating: MA1: A UFO has been observed which travels in a discontinuous trajectory. i.e. vertical drops, maneuvers or loops.
