Aircraft Spotter incident.
25' diameter disc, silent, tilts and flies to the northwest at 300 feet altitude. A flying disc was observed. One disc, about 40 feet across, was observed by 14 male witnesses at an airport for over three minutes (Hart; Rose; Vickrey). No sound was heard.
