Qantas incident.
Radar only. Flying on heading 040 degs magnetic, at 37,000', crew observed on radar a target for one minute, 35 degrees to right of plane, 5-10 degrees below. An object was tracked by radar. One object was observed for over one minute. Hynek rating: RR: Radar UFO reports Vallee rating: MA2: MA1 plus any physical effects caused by the UFO. Other sightings in this area Sources: - 680 |
