Electromagnetic effect: engine stalls. Silver cigar-shaped craft hovers over road ahead. Several beams of light directed to ground. Humanoid seen standing on road.
An object was observed. Electromagnetic effects were noted. One silver cigar-shaped object was observed on a road. One silhouetted being was seen. The witness vehicle engine stalls as a silvery cigar shaped craft hovers over the road. The craft directs several beams of light towards the ground also a humanoid figure is seen standing on the road near the vehicle. No other information.
