Couple see upside-down "ram's horn" land near lake, craft emitted fluorescent green glow. Small being floated out of triangular opening in base. 3.5' tall, no hair, wore green frock. Telepathy.
Close encounter with a craft and its occupants. One green irregularly-shaped object was observed by two witnesses, a married couple, at a lake for over 15 minutes. One 3.5-foot-tall dwarf, wearing a green frock, was seen. A husband and wife watched an object shaped like an upside down "ram's horn" land besides a lake. The craft emitted a greenish fluorescent glow. A triangular opening became visible at the base of the craft and a small being floated out. The entity was described as three and 1/2 foot tall, human in appearance but without any hair on his head and wearing a green frock. The being stood in front of the craft for 15 minutes and communicated telepathically with the female witness. She was given some information as to the being's origins and his base of operations.
