Electromagnetic effect: radio died. After seeing strange humanoid figure in her bedroom earlier in day, woman had huge fireball-like object pace her car, hovering directly over it. The radio died during encounter.
An object was observed from a car. Electromagnetic effects were noted. One fiery ball, about 80 feet across, around 300 feet away, was observed in clear weather by one female 28-year-old witness in the suburbs for six seconds. No sound was heard.
