Triangular shaped craft hovered just over Gulf of Mexico, just offshore. Men in frogmen suits in water. Lights shone down from craft above. Unusual military aircraft in area.
Close encounter with a an unidentified craft and its occupants. One triangle was observed by several witnesses on the shore. A humanoid, wearing a diver's suit, was seen.
