Flashing blue light, delta-shaped "stealth fighter" with rounded wings hovered over road, descended vertically. Several figures emerged briefly, had long arms, small heads. Went back in, object rose very rapidly.
An object was observed. It departed by rapidly flying straight up until lost to sight. One delta-shaped object was observed by two witnesses in a field for a few minutes.
