Scotland's first crop circle report. In field of grass on hill slope bordering highway A923. two cirlces, first 71' diameter, second 36' diameter.
An unidentifiable object and its occupants were observed at close range. A witness was driving to work and when he neared the main road to town he noticed a six-foot tall human-like figure wearing a silvery suit and what appeared to be a type of headgear resembling silver "bucket" on his head. The figure walked quickly towards the witness close to the left hand side of the road. Then witness then drove to within six feet of the figure. He then turned the car around but could no longer see the strange figure. He then drove back along the road turned right into a dirt road then drove back to the road, at this point he saw the figure again standing by a large rock. The witness shone a spotlight at the figure without any apparent affect; he then became frightened and drove away from the area.
