1.5m disc, spins, up-down motion, paces woman on bicycle at 3m altitude. Independent witnesses.
An object was observed from a car. Multiple independent witnesses. One disc, about 5 feet across, was observed by more than two female witnesses in a residential area for over 15 minutes. Hynek rating: CE1: Close Encounters of the First Kind Vallee rating: CE1: UFO comes within 500 feet of the witness, but no after effects are suffered by the witness or the surrounding area.
