Theodolite Crew incident. Explanation: Balloon.
30 frames of disc or ball shaped object. Possible balloon. A hovering object was observed and photographed. One disc, about 150 feet across, was observed by two experienced male witnesses at an airfield for over 15 minutes (Bittick; Gettys).
