25 July 2000 : Viegues Island S, Puerto Rico, USA 
Fisherman sight huge disc with lots of lights blinking on-off all around it. On bottom a big green light, beamed at ocean surface. UFO hovered 100 feet over ocean, huge volume of water rises and enters UFO.
An object was sighted that had an appearance and performance beyond the capability of known earthly aircraft. One disc, of huge size, was observed on the ocean. No sound was heard. Hynek rating: CE1: Close Encounters of the First Kind Vallee rating: CE1: UFO comes within 500 feet of the witness, but no after effects are suffered by the witness or the surrounding area.
