Motorist incident.
Double cone-shaped object had flashing red and green lights on bottom, hovered at angle, had antenna on side. Car engine ran rough during encounter. An object was observed. Electromagnetic effects were noted. One multi-colored cone-shaped object was observed by one experienced male witness on a highway for two minutes. No sound was heard.
