Elderly Woman incident.
Mist. three men "chatting" on beach at three am,then very bright red light, hovered over sea. Figures shrouded in mist. Silver strip appeared on water, men walked on to get aboard red ball, strip disappeared, Close encounter with a an unidentified craft and humanoid occupants. One red ball was observed by one female experienced witness on the shore for a few minutes. Three humanoids were seen.
