Clear sky, witness saw oblong/ovoid object slowly spinning around, reflected sunlight, had halo. Moved to sky, then stopped, got smaller as if receding. Went for camera, gone when came back.
An unidentified object was sighted, that had an unusual appearance or performance. One shiny ovoid object was observed in clear weather by one witness in a yard for two minutes.
