Prison Guard incident.
Viewed through binoculars. Object resembling "whaleback ship" with wings and fins landed next to lake. Made humming sound, Series of colored banners displayed, streaks of dazzling white light shot out. An object was observed. Occupants of the craft were seen. One airship-like object was observed by one male witness at a lake for a few minutes.
