II-76 Cargo Plane incident.
One cargo plane refuses to take off, another refuses to land as UFO blocks runway for 90 minutes. An object was sighted that had an appearance and performance beyond the capability of known earthly aircraft. One luminous light was observed by several witnesses at an airport for 90 minutes. Hynek rating: CE1: Close Encounters of the First Kind Vallee rating: CE1: UFO comes within 500 feet of the witness, but no after effects are suffered by the witness or the surrounding area.
