2 January 2001 Pre-dawn Corralito, Argentina 
Family incident.
Round bright light approaches car, stops, backs up, rises to height of power lines parallel to road, paces car. Responds to flashed headlight by "turning off". Local power failure. An object was observed. Electromagnetic effects were noted. Telepathic phenomena were said to have occurred. One round object was observed by a group of witnesses on a road.
