Three separate groups of witnesses. For two hours saw amber object pass over car, hover; oval object with bright red and orange pulsating lights hover over road ahead of car, took off; flashing object, whistling. Explanation: Aircraft.
Hovering objects were observed. Multiple independent witnesses. Three amber oval objects were observed by several male witnesses in a rural area for two hours (Moitoza, J). A whistling sound was heard. Hynek rating: CE1: Close Encounters of the First Kind Vallee rating: CE1: UFO comes within 500 feet of the witness, but no after effects are suffered by the witness or the surrounding area. Vallee reliability rating: 343: Reliable source, firsthand; site visit by a skilled analyst; natural explanation requires major alteration of several parameters.
