Elliptical UFO with row of rectangular ports, row of lights along bottom edge flashed on-and-off one at a time.
An object was sighted that had an appearance and performance beyond the capability of known earthly aircraft. One elliptical was observed. Hynek rating: CE1: Close Encounters of the First Kind Vallee rating: CE1: UFO comes within 500 feet of the witness, but no after effects are suffered by the witness or the surrounding area.
